YUSUF DENER CONCEPT VILLA
İSMİHAN ÖZDEMİR MİMARLIK (ISM Architects) ofisi mimarlık, ana planlama, kentsel tasarım, iç mimarlık, mekan planlama ve programlama hizmeti sunan tam hizmet tasarım firmasıdır. Yusuf bey ve ailesi ofisimize gelerek Kayseri’de bulunan villalardan farklı bir tasarım istediğini içerisinde kendini özel ve mutlu hissetmek istediğini belirti. Kendisinin konut ihtiyaçlarını hayallerini ve isteklerini dinleyip ortak kararlar alarak villamızı tasarladık. 2019 yılında başlanan inşaat 2020 yılında bitmiştir.
